Scarecrows Everywhere

Thanks to the Friends of PYPL, we have had a whole party of scarecrows on our front steps for the Yates County Chamber of Commerce Scarecrows Everywhere Contest.   Also thank you goes out to all the Penn Yan Elementary students who helped by creating art work for the project.
