Reservations must be made for specific hours and groups must leave promptly when their reserved time ends.
Groups are responsible for setting up and taking down chairs and returning the room to the condition in which it was found. Light refreshments may be served in the Hicks Kimball room during a scheduled meeting.
Groups intending to serve refreshments or use library equipment must sign a Hicks Kimball Room Use Agreement.
Groups reserving the room for repeated use must sign a Hicks Kimball Room Use Agreement.
Groups using the room will assume full responsibility for any damages or additional cleaning fees.
