Mobile Library Service is a program providing library services to home-bound and resident senior citizens in the Penn Yan Public Library service area. Seniors and others who are confined to their homes due to extended illness, physical disability or transportation problems and who would like to enjoy the materials that the library has to offer are eligible to make use of this program.
Penn Yan Public library also provides regular delivery of materials to senior housing complexes and nursing homes in Penn Yan.
