As a journalist for the Binghamton Press & Sun Bulletin, Wilber covered the fracking controversy in Pennsylvania and the New York’s southern tier starting in 2008. He wrote about his experience in the book “Under the Surface: Fracking, Fortunes, and the Fate of the Marcellus Shale”. Wilber visited Penn Yan Public Library on Tuesday, March 26, 2013.
