Get out of your culinary comfort zone by preparing a dish from a new cookbook every other month.  To participate, visit the library and ask for the selected cookbook at the front desk.  Then, take your time leafing through it for the recipe you’d like to make; we’ll make a free copy of it for you.  Finally, bring your dish to share on the given date!  Build friendships and community over a potluck style meal.  This event is intended for adults age 18 and up.  Register in-person when you pick your recipe. This month, we will work with a selection of cookbooks from the famous Moosewood restaurant in Ithaca.
