Penn Yan Public Library will be conducting pop-up visits at Dresden Village Hall (3 Firehouse Ave.).  Sign up for a library card, get started with the Libby e-book service, request research help, and more. A limited supply of free books will be available for the taking.  Library staff will also offer programs for all ages; this month, we will work on a variety of “found poetry” techniques like blackout poetry! This project is supported by outreach funds awarded by the Southern Tier Library System’s Coordinated Outreach Services Advisory Council.
