What’s Books & Bikes Fest? It’s a combination bike rodeo and block party! Kids can get free books, free bike helmets, snacks, face painting, and so much more fun! There will be raffles for scooters, bike accessories, and a Family Pass to the Rosamond Gifford Zoo in Syracuse. More information coming soon!
