Did you know that watching the birds (and squirrels) at the birdfeeders on the deck outside the resident rooms is a favorite activity of residents, visitors, and volunteers at the Keuka Comfort Care Home? To help support this activity, Penn Yan Public Library will be collecting birdseed (all kinds are welcome) for KCCH all September long. Please bring donations to the library at 214 Main Street in Penn Yan, during the library’s operating hours, which are 9am to 7:30pm on weekdays and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. The deadline to bring in donations is 7:30pm on Tuesday, September 30.
