Monday, April 13, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Penn Yan Public Library will be conducting pop-up visits at Dresden Village Hall (3 Firehouse Ave.) between April and August.  Come sign up for a library card, get started with the Libby e-book service and other digital offerings, request research help, and more. While it won’t be possible to check out materials, a limited supply of free books will be available for the taking.  Library staff will also offer take-home programs for all ages; this month, take supplies and instructions for soda bottle planters. This project is supported by outreach funds awarded by the Southern Tier Library System’s Coordinated Outreach Services Advisory Council.
