Keuka Writes is proud to present a reading by Daphne Solá from A Myth in Reverse, her first professionally published collection of poetry.  A printmaker, gallery owner, and poet with decades’ worth of roots in the Finger Lakes, Solá has crafted a collection that touches on themes and images that span the remarkable scope of her lifetime, from the Depression to the pandemic.  Enthralled with language and languages, Solá moves seamlessly from one artform to another, having once remarked, “It’s really all the same thing.”  Her work has appeared in a number of publications, including Bluff & Vine, the Penn Yan-based annual literary magazine.  Copies of her new book will be available for purchase, and refreshments will be served.
