Alzheimer\u2019s Association support groups, conducted by trained facilitators, are a safe place for people living with dementia and their care partners to develop a support system; exchange practical information on challenges and possible solutions; talk through issues and ways of coping; hare feelings, needs and concerns and learn about community resources.<br \/>\nThis program is supported, in part, by grants from the NYS Department of Health, NYS Office for the Aging, Monroe County Office for the Aging, and HRSA &amp; University of Rochester.<\/p>\n<p>Registration requested.
