with dementia and take care of their own well being.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building Foundations of Caregiving\u00a0explores the role of caregiver and changes they may experience, building a support team and managing caregiver stress.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting Independence\u00a0focuses on helping the person living with dementia take part in daily activities, providing the right amount of support and balancing safety and independence while\u00a0managing expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating Effectively\u00a0teaches how dementia affects communication, including tips for communicating well with family, friends and health care professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Responding to Dementia-Related Behaviors\u00a0details common behavior changes and how they are a form of communication, non-medical approaches to behaviors and recognizing when additional help is needed.<\/li>\n<li>Exploring Care and Support Services\u00a0examines how best to prepare for future care decisions and changes, including respite
